Shipping
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we ensure that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
Our ABG Bundle is special, as it is packaged and shipped from the United States and so we are able to offer Expedited Shipping (5-6 business days) free of charge! If you would like your Bundle faster, we also offer Express Expediting (2-3 business days) for $30.
Our standard shipping to the United States on our other products is free if you purchase $50+! Please be advised that items may be shipped from different suppliers, and so may arrive at different times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and post office process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
- International delivery usually takes about 10 – 20 business days however we strive to ship orders with ePacket (see below) which significantly decreases this time.
- US orders and select others are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 – 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
- If more than 45 days have passed please email us at sales@adventurebabygear.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
We currently only ship to the United States, and reserve the cancel orders to countries where there are no viable shipping methods. In this case, we will contact you regarding a refund.
